Domingo Alonso, through its After Sales Training Department, has handed over a Volkswagen Multivan to IES Domingo Rivero a local high school in Arucas, Gran Canaria, as part of the partnership that the Canarian company has with Professional Training Schemes, and the general training in electromechanical skills for the Canarian youth.

Benigno Hernandez, Manager of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Mikel Martínez, a teacher in the IES Domingo Rivero, recently formalized the delivery of the Volkswagen Multivan, which will help students practice their skills.

The Volkswagen Multivan is one of the most successful vehicles in the range and will allow the young students to experiment and test innovations and technologies used in the German car maker´s models.

For about 10 years now, Domingo Alonso has been committed to Professional Training Scheme´s in the Canary Islands, donating vehicles and organizing educational lectures for local students.
