THE DOMINGO ALONSO GROUP STRENGTHENS ITS EXPANSION STRATEGY AND GROWS 23% IN 2014, SELLING OVER 20,000 UNITS.

The Domingo Alonso Group closed 2014 with sales up 23% and over 20,000 new registrations. The Canarian business group operates with leading car manufacturers in Angola, Cape Verde, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Portugal, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Mozambique, Zambia, Senegal, Mali, Mauritania and Niger.
These figures are the result of the company´s excellent management of its internationalization strategy. The Canarian company has expanded its horizons and has acquired the distribution rights for several African markets of leading brands such as Renault.
Globally, Volkswagen has been Domingo Alonso´s top selling brand, with a total of 7,780 new registrations. The Group´s sales in the Canaries are up by 47% with over 12,500 new registrations in all its brands.
In total, 1500 people work for the Domingo Alonso Group worldwide. The Canarian company, whose future is promising, created 84 new jobs in the Islands in 2014 and plans to continue with its expansion strategy over the next few years.
